Customer Service Executive cum Office Admin

Responsibilities

Greeting customers, dealing with customers

Provide prompt & courteous customer service via email and call

Handle daily administrative and basic book keeping tasks

Responsible for office correspondences, phone calls, faxes, emails and mails
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:

Minimum STPM/Diploma holder or higher of relevant discipline
At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer service
Good command of English
, being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
Well groomed, presentable & professionally attired
Pleasant personality and friendly
Knowledge of telephone etiquette & technique
Posses own transport
Based in Kota Kinabalu
Basic salary starting from RM1800 plus incentives

Responsibilities:

Carry out daily operations of the warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing and inventory system updating.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in warehouse
Assist in providing monthly stock report to Supervisor
Requirements:

Secondary school and above, e.g SPM
Responsible, good attitude and self-motivate
Basic PC skills in Microsoft office
Able to commence work within short notice period
Warehouse with air conditioner environment
Able to speak and write Chinese and understand basic English
Preferable a year experience. However, no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
