GROUP TREASURY OFFICER (Raja Chulan, Attractive Benefits!)
Responsibilities:
Assist in Daily Cash Management
Assisting in Banking Matters
Requirements:
Assist in Daily Cash Management
- Analyzing and anticipating the Group’s need for funding to ensure that adequate funds are available when needed
- Tracking available balanced in the bank’s current accounts and ensuring availability to meet drawings. Monitoring items in current accounts and ensure all the banking transaction are effected on time
- Preparing online banking transaction and ensure the fund being remitted on timely manner
- Prepares plans for the provision of fund, indentifying the source of fund and makes recommendation
- Improving and maintaining systems and procedures for monitoring the banks daily inflow and outflow of cash, loan repayment / drawdown, loan interest payment & etc. from time to time
- Journal entries for accounting requirement
- To assist in testing, establishing the new treasury system
Assisting in Banking Matters
- Closely monitoring of all borrowings and ensure timely and advance planning for interest repayment, loan repayment / renewal / drawdown & etc.
- Exploring an efficient banking arrangement for the management of bank balances and other funds
- Managing and maintaining good relationship with the banks’ and other financial institutions
- Attending to bankers’ annual review by preparing the necessary documents
- Addressing banker’s queries by providing relevant information / update to bankers
- Assisting in documentation and negotiation with bankers on the new loan / facilities
- Prepare various reporting requirement under the agreed term & condition for the borrowings
- Keen to lean and explore the new banking / financial / debt facilities or source of funding
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in Banking Industry. Fresh graduates with internship experience in Banking are welcomed!
- Keens and good in planning, organizing daily operation and administrative work
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good in tracking and monitoring the tasks assigned
- Analytical, organize and willing to adapt quickly to the changes in direction
- Good in interpersonal skills
- Good in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel
