Mobile Technician

Are you keen to work in the Mobile – Customer Service Industry? We are looking for suitable service-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic candidates to fill the following position:

Job Descriptions

Good communication and technical skills to effectively diagnose, solve, repair - problem/faulty mobile phones


Familiar with Mobile-Hand phone equipment and be able to perform a wide range of services, from basic to full installation


Possess good computer and organised skills

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of Mobile App Stores and Mobile Web Platforms
Preferably those with experience in repairing mobile phones
Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Chinese dialects
Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently.
MUST be able to work on a rotating shift including weekends and Public Holidays to support Service Centre operations.
Only Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
SPM/STPM/Diploma in technical/electrical/electronic discipline
Working Location:
Bukit Bintang

Salary:
Negotiable (Depends on experience + EPF and SOCSO)
